Operation instructions
Safety using instruction on granite blades
1. Before using: inspection should be made to confirm if the blade is broken. It is prohibitted using if any broken ones. The cutting machine should have safety cover. The operator should wear protective glasses, earcaps, gloves, etc. 2. When assembling: the power supply should be cut off. The tolerance should be less than 0.1mm between the axis of machine and the central hole of blades. Make sure the arrow direction shown on the blades should be the same as the rotation direction of the machine. 3. When cutting: don’t press on side or use for curve cutting. Feeding speed should start low firstly then quickly in steady situation. Percussive contact should be avoided in case of the risk of segments falling and flying off. Water cooling is needed while cutting. Electricity leakage should be cautioned when operation.
Safety using instruction on marble blades
The contact face of machine with the blade and the frange disc should be clean, trying to avoid the accuracy inluenced by the sand and pollution while assembling. 4. The blade shoud be hung up while it is uninstalled, which will avoid distortion and influence of the cutting accuracy next time. |
